Sapphire Blue Hires Root Beer Extract

I have only seen 3 of these unusual light blue samples of this bottle in my over 40 years of digging. I have also asked other long time collectors and they think that this bottle is rare in this color. The usual color is aqua or clear, not this pretty blue. It is embossed: HIRE'S/ HOUSEHOLD EXTRACT (on one panel) FOR MAKING/ROOTBEER/AT HOME (on another panel)MANUFACTURED BY/ THE CHARLES E HIRES CO. (on another panel) PHILADELPHIA PA./U.S.A (on another panel) and 36 on the bottom.

The bottle is near mint, 4 ½” tall, ABM with only a very light haze. The lip has an inside area of light roughness, there is a pin point nick on the beveled corner. Also a tiny shallow chip on the bottom edge. I found these nicks with a magnifying glass and they do not affect the display of this bottle.
